LIST OF POTENTIAL TENANTS FOR LACCD VAN DE KAMP CAMPUS
The following is a list of potential tenants for the LACCD Van de Kamp Campus. LACCD is still negotiating with these agencies/firms.
Alliance College-Ready Public Schools Work Force Archdiocesan Youth Employment Service, Catholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc ---On April of 2009, the Los Angeles Community College (LACC) announced that it would not open the Van de Kamp Campus as promised and revealed that its Shared Governance Committee had voted in January 2009 to turn over operations of the site to Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) administration to “manage” for the next 5 years. In turn, the LACCD administration announced it would lease out the VDK campus to make money for LACCD instead of opening a community college.
